The future is First-Party.
Collect your customers' data yourself, maintain control and increase performance.
Advantages of first-party tracking
With first-party tracking, you collect all customer events on your website yourself, which leads to an incomparably high level of data consistency and quality.
No longer rely on third-party scripts that monitor your entire website, but only send selected and anonymized data to third-parties.
Collect all data with one script instead of loading large scripts from each advertising platform that all do the same thing.
How it works
Don't worry - first-party tracking is easier than you think. We accompany you from the definition of the requirements, during the migration phase through to completion.
Collect events
Our First-Party Collector collects exactly the data that needs to be collected.
No more – no less.

Forward to tracking server
The events are forwarded to your tracking server, which runs under your subdomain.
100 % First-Party – 100 % Swiss Hosted.

Process data
The data can then be stored, enriched, anonymized or forwarded to third parties.
Endless possibilities – no limits.

Some examples
Anonymize customer-related data such as IP addresses or e-mail addresses before they are processed.
Daten von einer externen Quelle wie zum Beispiel einem CRM oder CDP anreichern, bevor sie verarbeitet werden.
Using known data such as the first name, determine other characteristics such as gender.
Integrations
The collected data is forwarded as needed directly to your third-parties and advertising networks that you are using. We are technology-independent and adapt to your tech stack.
What is First-Party Tracking?
Unlike conventional Third-Party Tracking, where a script from a third party collects data on your website, First-Party Tracking collects customer data and events using your own First-Party Collector and sends them to your own First-Party Tracking server. The data can then be stored, enriched, anonymized, or forwarded to third parties as required.
What advantages does traq's First-Party Tracking offer?
With our First-Party Collector, you gather more data than with traditional Third-Party Trackers, as these are often blocked. You also have control over which data is collected and what happens with it. Additionally, the performance of your website may improve as unnecessary Third-Party Trackers can be removed.
Is traq's First-Party Tracking compatible with my current tech stack?
Yes, our First-Party Collector can be easily integrated as a script. Our tracker is also compatible with existing e-commerce tracking tools (e.g., GA4 or Google Tag Manager).
Who can benefit from First-Party Tracking?
In general, it's beneficial for anyone who wants a consistent data foundation and control over data collection. For companies that acquire many customers through ads (e.g., e-commerce), First-Party Tracking provides particularly significant benefits.
How much does traq's First-Party Tracking cost?
Our pricing is based on the processed events and the endpoints to which data is forwarded (connectors). You only pay for what you measure. We offer generous discounts for startups and non-profits.
How long does it take to migrate to traq's First-Party Tracking?
The basic integration can be completed as quickly as embedding a script on your website. From that point, many standard events are already tracked. Customer-specific integrations may take longer, depending on the requirements.
Ready for the Future?
We would be happy to show you in a personal meeting how you can use traq to your advantage.
